Dr. Anil Elhence

Dr. Anil Elhence is a well-known Urologist in Meerut, and a pioneer credited with establishing modern minimally invasive urology as a speciality in this region of north India. Since he began his professional career in 1994, Dr. Elhence has been utilising state-of-the-art equipment and modern technology to provide quality urological care. He was among the first professionals to perform percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) procedures for kidney stones, and also pioneered ultra mini PNL and micro PNL using Holmium lasers.

Dr. Anil Elhence currently serves as Consultant Urologist and Chief of the Urology division at Dhanvantri Hospital in Meerut. He can also be consulted privately at his clinic located near Bachcha Park. Dr. Elhence has a string of qualifications to his name. Besides an MBBS, he has obtained an MS and DNB in Surgery, and the MCh and DNB in Urology qualifications. He also has the MNAMS accreditation, and has completed fellowships in Andrology and Uroradiology.

Dr. Anil Elhence's main areas of interest and competence are andrology (erectile dysfunction), endourology (percutaneous surgery), urethroplasty (reconstructive surgery) and urooncology (for genitourinary malignancies). In addition to having been a recipient of many awards for his academic excellence and contribution to his field, he is an active member of several medical associations connected to his profession.
